Fasten Belt

STEP ONE

Adjust length and secure belt around waist. The belt should be snug so it does not move freely but not be so tight that it is uncomfortable.

Fasten Wrist

STEP TWO

Secure wrist strap to the wrist that you wear your glove on. Wrist strap should be situated so that the d-ring is on the inner portion of your wrist.

Add Resistance

STEP THREE

Using the carabiners, connect one end of desired resistance band lengths to both sides of your waist and connect the remaining carabiners to the d-ring on the wrist strap.

Work

STEP FOUR

Complete any of our sample drill packages or implement the FRT into your existing drill work and throwing routines. Bands may be clipped and unclipped for desired use.
